Tara Jean continues their contemplative series, "America Shrugged," and with their photograph, Hold On:
"While the crowds are exaggerated, it's not too far off the mark for an average day in New York City. While crowding was a much bigger problem on the subway, what astounded me was everyone's near REFUSAL to acknowledge one another. In "Hold On", not a single eye batted at a huge film camera. No one is talking, no one is smiling. It could easily be a humdrum commute."
